The foundational features and data visualisation elements of the Insight Library were initially conceptualised by Prab within an Excel framework, employing strategic use of colored cells and highlighted text to effectively illustrate the envisioned product.

Subsequently, I collaborated closely with Prab, delving into the intricacies of the proposed product, refining user flows, and offering insightful recommendations aimed at elevating the overall user experience.

The overarching objective is to present a compelling Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that resonates with potential clients in the patient support sector. This collaborative effort seeks to embody an idealised user experience, ensuring the product aligns seamlessly with the needs and expectations of patient support program managers/stakeholders.
